My dog Ted has been going on adventures with City Pets close to 3 years now, and I have been very pleased with both the admin team and all the handlers. I know Ted is in safe hands and he certainly has a ball. Taylor has been fantastic, and was very supportive in helping solve a recent behaviour issue which was sorted quickly. When Ted knows it's an adventure day he is so excited and eagerly waiting at the door, or front gate, to be collected.
